How do I use this site?
1. You must sign up (Its free!). Once signed up you must verify your account by an email sent to your email address provided (also check your junk mail). Now your ready to go!
2 You can then watch all the free videos you want or purchase videos.
3. Think you have a video to share? You can upload a video using the upload button. Once the video has been uploaded you will recieve your message that your video will be posted.
4. You can upload free videos or paid videos. You must click the appropriate channel when uploading. It is your choice weather to charge for your video or post it for free!
5. If you would like to receive monies for your video you must:
a. Have a paypal account. Click here to sign up now
You must forward your paypal email address to the administrator admin@ifiredarts.com.
b. You must agree to terms of use and fee structure as explained below.
c. From the "homepage" you have your personal profile including all your uploaded and purchased videos. Click on "my videos" and it will show you your personal account. Your monthy balance is your share of monies generated from your videos purchased worldwide.

How Do I Watch My Purchased Videos

1. On the home page make sure you are logged in. You will see your name at the top of the screen. Click "My Video's"

3. This is where your videos are located. It is instant after you purchase them. You technique sheets will follow within 24 hours via email

Ok, so what's this ifiredarts thing all about?
ifiredarts is a community of people who all have one thing in common, their love for the fired arts industry! On ifiredarts you can post your favorite videos, watch videos that other users have posted, meet other like-minded individuals and discuss what's great (or what you'd love to change) about fired arts from all eras.

How can I sell my videos on ifiredarts?
You will need a paypal account so that our payment processor can forward payments at the end of each month. You will recieve a payment of forty four percent of the list price. All paypal fees will be incured by Ifiredarts.com. Once the video has been approved by the administrator (soley at the administrators judgement and timeframe) the video will be posted to ifiredarts for the world to view. The video must be between a minimum of 15 minutes to a maximum of 45 minutes.

Why Paypal as the only payment option?
Its simple! Today people are very unsure about payment over the internet. Nobody is more secure than paypal! Creating an account with paypal is simple and gives you the security you deserve.

Help! The videos don't play at all! What do I do?
To make sure that we provide only the highest possible quality videos, you will need to download Flash 9.0 (or higher) to view videos. If you don't yet have Flash 9.0, you can download it here.

How much does it cost to sign up?
Nothing! All we require is that you choose a unique name for yourself and provide a valid email address. Once you've signed up, you're ready to fully participate in the ifiredarts community. Upload your favorite videos, interact with other members, rate videos and start growing your reputation as a fired arts artist! You can start your ifiredarts experience by clicking here.

How do I upload a video to ifiredarts?
Once you've signed up, simply choose "upload video" from the main page, or follow this link to share your video with the community.

What are "tags"?
When uploading a video, we ask that you include at least a few tags that describe your video and that will make it easier for the community to find. Tags are essentially keywords that will be associated with your video and will be referenced when users search the video collection. Suggested tags for your video could include the type of work you are creating (ie ceramics, clay), brushed or dipped etc..or any other keywords that you think might be relevant. If the video was first featured on a different, third party site, please credit that site by entering the site's name as a tag.

Can I add tags to a video that someone else has uploaded?
While that feature is not yet available, it is on our list of priorities and should be added to the site soon.

What kinds of videos are unacceptable?
As we are a community website, it is important that we all respect certain rules of decent community behavior. As such, we reserve the right to refuse any videos that contain content which is illegal, harassing, harmful, abusive, obscene or hateful. Can I download videos from ifiredarts?
While we don't offer that feature at this time, we know how important this feature is to you. Please stay tuned for future feature updates!

What are "Favorites"?
"Favorites" is a place where members can store videos that they like for easy retrieval later. Simply click the "Add to favorites" link while watching a video and it will be automatically saved for you.

What does the "Flag as featured" link do?
For now, up to the administrator. Make your videos the best you can!.

How do I see another member's profile?
Go to the main members page either by pressing the "Community" button in the main menu at the top of the page, or by clicking here. From there you can either browse our members or search by a member's user name.

How do I get in touch with you if something goes wrong?
