Contemporary Designs on White and Terra Cotta Bisque with Mike Harbridge

Michael will cover some basic banding on bisque prior to showing how to create uniform floral designs while only using one large, soft fan brush. The flowers are created by simply squeezing color directly out of the bottle. Confused? Its actually a very easy process for children and adults to make uniform designs like flowers and other shapes without the use of a pattern or brush strokes. The color seriously goes directly from the bottle to the ware. Use the technique on white or terra cotta bisque. Perfect for traditional or contemporary studios.

Taking Airbrushing To A New Level

Advance Spanish Oils

Cloisonné Technique Learn how to take your basic knowledge of Spanish Oils to create wonderful Cloisonné looking floral patterns on white porcelain. We will begin by learning how to carve delicate patterns into the porcelain greenware. Then I will work you through how to block in the pattern with various Spanish Oil colors and then how to shade these areas with darker contrasting Spanish Oils before the first firing.
